Shopify
Our online store is built with Shopify software. The personal data you provide to us to use our services is shared with this provider. Web Hosting
MijnDomein
We use the hosting and email services of MijnDomein. MijnDomein processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, it may collect metadata about the usage of its services, which does not include personal data. MijnDomein has implemented technical and organizational measures to prevent loss or misuse of your personal data.

Payment Processors
Shopify Payments
We use Shopify Payments to handle payments. Shopify Payments processes your name, address, and payment details, such as your bank account or credit card number. Shopify Payments may share anonymized data with third parties to improve its services. For deferred payments, personal data may be shared with credit rating agencies. Shipping and Logistics

PostNL

For deliveries, we use PostNL. Your name and address are shared with them to complete the delivery. PostNL only uses this data to fulfill the delivery agreement. If subcontractors are involved, PostNL may share your information with them.

Invoicing and Accounting

Shopify

For our bookkeeping and accounting, we use Shopify's services. Your name, address, and order details are shared for the administration of sales invoices. Your personal data is securely transmitted and stored. Shopify is obligated to confidentiality and will not use your data for purposes other than described above.

Employees no longer have access to your client profile or documents created as part of your assignment.
