Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with labels, and in the original packaging. Contact us at info@loomio.nl to initiate a return. If approved, you will receive instructions and a return label. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., personalized items or special orders), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As mentioned earlier, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with labels, and in its original packaging.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
